Booster Foods: Coriander Seeds & Pumpkin seeds

Just started adding some delicious booster foods to my dishes which not only taste great but they have lots of health benefits!

Coriander seeds- help with digestion, are anti inflammatory and have cholesterol lowering effects!


Pumpkin seeds - great source of omega 3s & 6 fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber. Also help with cholesterol and have lots of magnesium, zinc and phosphorus . I love the @go_raw pumpkin seeds as they are sprouted which means the nutrients are more available to your body!!!
